Cancellation Policy
To ensure fair access to our sessions and smooth planning for all families, the following booking policy applies: Booking & Refund Policy All session bookings are non-refundable if cancelled less than 48 hours before the session start time. If a booking is cancelled 48 hours or more before the session, 50% of the booking fee will be refunded. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Missed Sessions If you do not attend your booked session without cancelling, the session is non-refundable. Session Changes Session changes may be accommodated depending on availability, but cannot be guaranteed.
