Booking & Cancellation Policy

Booking Your Party

  • A non-refundable booking fee of £50 is required to secure your chosen date and time.

  • Your booking is confirmed only once the booking fee has been received.

  • The remaining balance must be paid in full 7 days before your party date.

  • Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in your booking being cancelled.

Payment

  • All payments made to Crosby Babies are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • By making a booking, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Cancellations

  • If you choose to cancel your party at any time, no refunds will be given.

  • This includes the booking fee and any balance already paid.

  • We are unable to offer refunds as we reserve your date exclusively, decline other bookings, and begin planning and preparing for your event from the time your booking is confirmed.

Rescheduling

  • If you need to change your party date, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

  • Date changes are not guaranteed and may incur an administration fee.

  • If we are unable to offer an alternative date, your original booking will remain non-refundable.

Changes to Your Booking

  • Final guest numbers and any package additions should be confirmed no later than 7 days before the event.

  • Additional services requested after this time may be subject to availability.

Cancellation by Crosby Babies

  • In the unlikely event that Crosby Babies has to cancel your booking due to circumstances beyond our control (such as severe illness or extreme weather), we will offer either:

    • An alternative date, or

    • A full refund of any monies paid.

Liability

  • A responsible adult must remain present throughout the party.

  • Crosby Babies accepts no responsibility for the loss or damage of personal belongings.

  • Children remain the responsibility of their parent or guardian at all times.

Agreement

By paying your booking fee, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Booking & Cancellation Terms.
