A special 1-hour Stay & Play session, perfect for a shorter afternoon visit! Enjoy all the usual Stay & Play fun, just in a shorter time slot. Come along for a relaxed hour of play while grown-ups can enjoy the café. Session time: 1:00–2:00pm Duration: 1 hour Please note: Our usual Stay & Play sessions are 2 hours long. This is a specially scheduled 1-hour session, so please check the session time carefully when booking.

Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy To ensure fair access for all families and allow for safe session planning, the following terms apply to all bookings at Crosbybabies.ltd: Refunds & Cancellations Non-Refundable: All session bookings are strictly non-refundable. Rescheduling: If you notify us 72 hours or more before your session start time, we can transfer your booking to an alternative date or time, subject to availability. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are non-transferable and non-refundable. Missed Sessions (No-Shows) If you do not attend your booked session without prior notice, the booking is forfeited. No-shows are non-refundable and non-transferable. Session Changes While we aim to be flexible, session changes are dependent on our maximum capacity limits and cannot always be guaranteed. Business Cancellations In the unlikely event that Crosbybabies.ltd must cancel a session (e.g., due to maintenance family, or unforeseen circumstances), your booking will be moved to a suitable date of your choice at no extra cost.
